AVOIDING ASTHMA ATTACKS

One important thing to do is try and identify your asthma triggers. Also always take you asthma medication as this helps control and prevent your asthma. If you are allergic to dustmites try the following things.

  • Remove all carpets and stick to wooden flooring and tiles.
  • Vacuum soft furnishings every day and stick to leather sofas
  • Wash curtains once a month (or as often as you can).
  • Put soft toys in a freezer for twelve hours or wash at hot temperature.
